winter wonderFEST
Founded in 2016, Winter WonderFEST is produced by the nonprofit organization Festival of Cheer! This seven week long holiday event brings over tens of thousands of visitors from across the United States to Lewes, Delaware to marvel in the sights and sounds of the holidays.

Since 2016, WonderFEST has donated over over $780,000 to improving life in Sussex County. Over $250,000 has been contributed to Sussex County nonprofit organizations for equipment purchases. $340,000 was raised to bring ice skating to our community with the WonderRink. Lastly, over $190,00 of proceeds were used to install cost-savings infrastructure at Hudson Field - a venue utilized by numerous nonprofits from across the region!
WonderFEST has welcomed visitors from every state in America, and 7 countries from across the world bringing valuable economic support to Southern Delaware. Over 70,000 visitors attend our festival each season!
The mission of the nonprofit organization is to enrich the cultural experience across the Delaware Beaches, and reinvest proceeds from their projects in to other Sussex County Charities.
